Sublimation printing process
Sublimation printing is composed of (1)paper printing and (2)its garment application, heat pressing. Paper can be printed out in various way, corresponding with order's specification, quantity, and quality - offset printing, gravure printing and digital printing. After papers completed, we apply it onto garment with heat press machine. Fixemhot prints out papers in Korea, and produces its application in Vietnam.

Above table shows how to get a complete sublimation printing in bulk production.
- Subliamtion artwok creation: Designers creat artworks upon request, using graphic software such as phtoshop, illustrator or etc in CMYK mode
- Sampling and approval: After creating artworks, we print out paper in digital. Then, we apply the papers on fabric, comparing the colors are well matched.
- Bulk paper production: If customers approve sample colors, we make bulk papers with offset or Gravure.
- Heat press: We ship the papers into vietnam for bulk production in garment.
